Valuable
addition to SCI's Bluetooth Roadmap

SCI® Corporation ¡K.. SCI signed an agreement with Ericsson towards
purchase of Ericsson's Bluetooth Baseband and RF IP. Ownership of the
IP will enable SCI to become the only Taiwan provider of both Baseband
and RF with Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) complying to v2.0 Bluetooth standard.
SCI is the only Taiwan company which can provide a complete solution
of Baseband and RF passing BQB for v1.0 to v1.2. SCI's mission is to
offer the latest Bluetooth technology combined with superior FAE support
expected by our customers.

business is Bluetooth Baseband controller and RF. Team members are from
Intel, Broadcom and 3Com.
